Wind Tunnel Testing Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Rule 28 Clothing Ltd.'s Aerodynamic Testing service. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our aerodynamic testing services, provided by Venturi Dynamics Ltd., at the Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub.
2. Booking Process
2.1 Athletes must initiate the booking process by submitting an enquiry through our website, Rule28.com. An enquiry does not guarantee a booking.
2.2 Upon receiving the enquiry, Rule 28 Clothing Ltd. will contact the athlete to discuss their requirements and to schedule a suitable testing time.
2.3 A booking is considered confirmed only after the athlete makes full payment for the testing session.
3. Payment and Cancellation
3.1 Payment for the testing session must be made in full to secure the booking.
3.2 Bookings cancelled by customers less than 28 days before the scheduled date will incur a 40% cancellation charge.
3.3 Bookings may be cancelled by Rule 28 Clothing Ltd at any time.
3.4 Customers are responsible for their own travel arrangements and equipment.
4. Testing Venue
4.1 The aerodynamic testing will take place at the Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub, UK
4.2 Rule 28 Clothing Ltd. is not responsible for any changes, closures, or restrictions imposed by the Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub that may affect the testing session.
5. Test Data Usage
5.1 Customers will have access to all data generated during their testing session.
5.2 Customers grant Rule 28 Clothing Ltd. the right to use their test data for internal analysis and marketing purposes.
6. Third Party Involvement
6.1 Venturi Dynamics Ltd. will conduct the aerodynamic testing sessions on behalf of Rule 28 Clothing Ltd.
6.2 Any issues, disputes, or concerns arising during the testing session should be addressed directly with Venturi Dynamics Ltd.
7. Compliance with UK Law
7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
7.2 Any legal disputes arising from the aerodynamic testing services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Rule 28 Clothing Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via the Rule28.com website.
8.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
By proceeding with the aerodynamic testing booking, customers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
