BREXIT & COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that as of January 2021, international deliveries from the UK are experiencing significant delays due to the impacts of Brexit and COVID-19. If you have selected standard free delivery to a country outside of the UK, please expect delays of up to 20 working days for your order. 

TAX & DUTY (BREXIT UPDATE)

UK sales tax (VAT) of 20% is included on product prices and checkout only if the shipping destination is within the UK. For all other countries, customs duty and other taxes may be levied when orders reach your country. 

As the UK has now left the EU, European consignments made after January 1st 2021 will also now be subject to import duties, taxes and administrative charges, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. If applicable, it is the responsibility of the receiver of the goods to pay local fees directly to the delivery agent(s) or customs office.

Please note that Rule 28 has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance and policies on these taxes vary in each country. Please contact the local customs officials or post office in your country for more details.

We offer a free standard delivery service when you spend over £75. Orders are usually despatched within 48-hrs within the UK. This is an untracked standard service so if you would like to receive tracking updates or a faster method of delivery, please select a tracked method of shipping at checkout.

ARCHIVE SALE AND OFF BIKE ITEMS

Archive sale products and off bike apparel such as caps, hoodies and tees ship from a different location than all other products. Whilst orders containing a mix of these items and general product are processed on the same day, due to differences in shipping location and method, products can arrive at separate times.
